Did Man Come from Evolution?

Anyone who has studied or has a deep knowledge concerning evolution can understand that the theory of evolution only says “There is a struggle for survival among living things. Those that are able to adapt survive, while those that are unfit are eliminated. This is the law of natural selection. Living things evolve and develop through inheritance, variation and natural selection, from low-level to high-level, from simple to complex, and evolving from a few to many species.”

If we look closely at the Theory of Evolution, we will discover that it does not explain how the universe produces inorganic molecules from nothing, neither can it prove how inorganic molecules collided in disorder to produce single-celled organisms, nor can it prove how apes and monkeys evolved into human beings. For this reason, with regard to the origin and evolution of life, the Biblical revelation that God created all things from nothing can be discussed in parallel with Darwin’s theory on the evolution of existing living things.

From the onset, the Bible clearly reveals to us that in the beginning God created the heavens and the earth, and He created man in His own image. The Bible also reveals that man has three parts: spirit, soul, and body. He also has a conscience, which is a spiritual part of man. The theory of evolution has not and continues to fail to explain a basic question: How does the conscience and spirituality evolve from cells?

Of course, each individual has freedom in choosing to believe that their ancestors are wild mountain apes, or those that are teased in cages, or those sold to the laboratories for dissection. However, one can also choose to investigate whether there is a Creator in the universe. (In fact, if someone really believes that he has evolved from an ape, but deliberately abuse his ancestors, then he is really a “beast” with no conscience.)

We can use the unique conscience of mankind to explore whether there is a Creator in the universe. If One exists, then who is He? In this way, we will not superstitiously accept the notion that inorganic substances simply came to exist out of nothing or that our ancestors are beasts without a conscience.

The book of Genesis in the Bible says: In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. And God created man in His own image, male and female He created them. The Gospel of John also says: All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him not one thing came into being which has come into being. All these clearly show us that human beings and monkeys are according to their kind, and both are unique creations of God.
